We have policies that restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. Our policies provide that employees who violate these standards are subject to disciplinary measures. We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
How You Can Help
In keeping with its strict privacy policy, First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Bath requires authorization from you before it will disclose any of your nonpublic personal information to any other third party with whom you've decided to share that information. Please be sure you provide us with such authorization before directing a third party to contact us for information about you.
